How to find a product that interests you?

When you get to the home page of our store, you will see products that we have specially singled out for you. Use the search engine for a quick search. We have organized products for you into certain categories, ie subcategories, so that you can more easily view our offer.

When you want more product information, click on the product image to open the desired product page with additional information (price, format, playlist).

How to buy?

Below the desired product, select the "Add to cart" button or click on the product image, after which a page with additional information will open and you will find the "Add to cart" button.

Before you decide to buy, you can change the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on "cart". You can increase or decrease the amount of each product in the cart or delete the product. After each change, it is necessary to click on "Update Shopping Cart".

When you have filled the cart with the desired products, click on "proceed to checkout". If you have not logged in as an already registered user, you can register as a new user and fill out your profile in this step. In the profile you can save one address for delivery of invoices and several addresses for delivery of goods. If you have not entered any delivery addresses, the delivery address of the invoice will be used.

Delivery:

When we receive your order, we will deliver the ordered goods to Hrvatska Pošta for delivery within one to two working days. If for some reason we are unable to deliver the order, we will send you an email.

Collection / authorization from abroad:

Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners and Discover) is made through the CorvusPay system, which guarantees the security of your online purchase.

Payment is made for Croatia in the domicile currency (Croatian kuna). The amount charged to your card is obtained by converting the price from US $ to Croatian kuna according to the exchange rate of the CROATIAN NATIONAL BANK. When debiting your card, the same amount is converted into your domicile currency according to the same exchange rate of card associations. Due to the conversion, there may be a deviation from the price listed on our shop.

 

 

   DELIVERY, RETURN AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints

When the courier brings you the shipment, check it. If the products are damaged in transport, you are not obliged to sign and pick up the shipment. The courier will return the damaged shipment to us and a new one will be sent to you. To expedite the delivery of a new shipment, you can send us an email about the damaged shipment. If the contents of the shipment do not match the order or the product is defective, return it to us and we will send you the correct products at our expense or make a refund, including the amount of postage.
